GAMA to Announce ED On Monday Date: 1/2/2009 |

GAMA has come to an agreement with a new Executive Director to replace Anthony Gallela and will announce the choice on Monday, according to the organization. Gallela announced he was leaving the organization in September (see “Gallela Leaving GAMA ED Post”). A lengthy recruitment process began, which included resume submissions, two rounds of interviews (including interviews with the four finalsts at the November board meeting in Columbus), and “many meetings and discussions,” according to the announcement. According to Gallela, the new ED “brings a lot of management experience to the position, along with a strong devotion to our industry.” |
