Witch Blade Anime Update
Date: 11/8/2005
American comic studio Top Cow first broke the news GONZO will adapting it's Witch Blade title to an animated TV series at Wizard World Chicago in August. Some major staff details have broke out in Japan. Directing will be industry veteran Yoshimitsu Ohashi who has an extensive background working on horror anime. Character Designs will be provided by Uno Makoto. Series Composition and Screenplay will be headed by Yasuko Kobayashi. Historical Investigation and Concept Design comes courtesy Ogura Shinya. Animation production by GONZO, SKYPerfecTV! and Uerushinku.
