New Film Based On Santa Inoue Manga

Henshin Online mentions that, among the many live-action titles slated for dvd from MB next year is Neighbor No. 13, a "revenge drama" based on a manga from Tokyo Tribes creator Santa Inoue. Names included in the production are Takashi Miike in a cameo and Yumi Yoshimura of Puffy Ami-Yumi. The release date is March 14.
