Gamers Ikebukuro Closing -nyo

Broccoli has announced that it is temporarily closing its Gamers store in Ikebukuro after 9 years of operation. The store was closed effective January 15; no date has been announced for a re-opening. A "Limited Edition - Closing Memorial" phone card illustrated by Koge Donbo was sold for 1200 yen. Broccoli suffered a 903 million yen deficit in 2005, compared to 20 million yen of expected positive cash flow.
Broccoli's fiscal year ends in February 2006, the 903 million yen figure specified in the previous article was a projection that has recently been revised to 1.365 billion yen.
