Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children DVD Delayed

According to the Digital Bits Website the latest Final Fantasy film, Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children, which was supposed to have been released in the United States in late 2005, won't be available here until late 2006. The FF VII DVD was released in Japan last September and has been a big hit. It is eagerly awaited here because of its connection with the popular Final Fantasy videogame and because of its innovative, realistic yet fluid style of animation (see "Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children"). A spokesman for Sony told the Digital Bits that the reason for the delay was the need to adapt the supplemental bonus material for the American audience. |
