Takara to Purchase Stake in Akachan Honpo
Date: 1/2/2007
Japanese toy giant Takara Tomy will invest in 34% of retail chain Akachan Honpo. Tomy will reportedly produce "original products and content" in collaboration with the youth-oriented chain. The deal, worth about 3 billion yen, is expected to be completed in March.
