Bambino! To Become TV Drama

Creator Sekiya Tetsuji's Bambino! manga will be adapted to a 12 episode Nippon Television Network TV drama according to information published in Big Comic Spirits No. 9 which went on sale in Japan today. Jun Matsumoto will star, marking his first return to a TV drama in 5 years. Broadcast start is set for April, 2007. The story deals with amateur cook skilled in Italian cusine who comes to Tokyo aiming at becoming an independent chef.
