Live-Action Film on Manga Artist to Premiere at Cannes

This film deals with the tensions that develop between an aspiring actress who returns from Tokyo to a small town for her parents' funeral, her younger sister who is a horror manga artist, and the step-brother who is caught in the middle. According to a recent Variety article about the film, it will feature several manga sequences.
