| Animate TV began offering an advance promotional video (narrowband and broadband), a program announcement spot (narrowband and broadband), and a second advance promotional video (narrowband and broadband) for the Higurashi no Naku Koro ni Kai sequel to the When They Cry - Higurashi psychological mystery anime series.
