Charade Mag Ends While Avarus, Adult Manga Mags Debut
Date: 8/1/2007
The Japanese publisher Futami announced that its Charade boys-love novel/comic magazine will suspend publication after 14 years with the November issue (on sale September 29). The website for the September 15 debut of Monthly Comic Blade Avarus magazine announced that the magazine will serialize titles (such as Erementar Gerad and Tactics) that included a "To be continued" tag in Bimonthly Comic Blade Masamune's final issue (on sale June 15). The male adult magazines Buster Comic (Mujin TI's replacement for Comic Messi) and Comic Hotmilk (Core Magazine's spinoff of Manga Bangaichi) start on July 24 and August 27, respectively.
