Hokuto no Ken Creator Hara to Produce Children's Anime

North Stars Pictures, the production company of Hokuto no Ken (Fist of the North Star) creator Tetsuo Hara, will premiere an anime series on the Japanese satellite channel Kids Station on November 5. Mori no Senshi Bonolon (Bonolon, The Warrior of the Forest) revolves around Bonolon, a giant, orange-skinned nine-year-old who lives in the Tasumun forest. A picture book designed and produced by Hara has been given out for free at 7-Eleven and other convenience stores since June of 2005. Source: Moon Phase
