Funimation Channel in LA Details Date: 6/8/2006 |

Funimation Channel 24 hours a day on LA-18 Digital 18.3 -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The Funimation Channel has already launched on LA-18's channel 18.3 digital feed. The 24 hour a day anime channel is broadcast, however it requires a digital tuner to receive. Digital tuners are included in many HDTVs and can be purchased separately for other TVs. Although the Funimation Channel website states that broadcast will start on June 19, broadcast actually started yesterday (June 7), with Tenchi Muyo GXP, Kiddy Grade and Lupin III: The Secret of Twilight Gemini. The only commercials airing (so far) are commercials for Funimation anime DVDs. |
