30% of Adult Manga involve "Children and Sexual Intercourse"

Manga Jouhou has posted a translation of an article from the Daily Yomiuri that reports on speculation from the Japanese National Police Agency that as much as 30% of all adult manga feature children involved in sexual intercourse. The article does not define "children" (minors, or young children) but does state that the statistic was based on a sample of 100 adult manga (out of thousands currently available).
