Monthly Shonen Jump To Suspend Publication Date: 2/23/2007 |
| Shueisha's Monthly Shonen Jump manga anthology will suspend its publication indefinetly from the July edition which goes on sale in Japan on June 6th. Declining sales are cited, current sales are down about 30 percent from the alltime peak. Comic Magazine started as a sister publication to Weekly Shonen Jump in December, 1969. Last year's average circulation is about 420,000 versus an alltime high 1.4 million circulation in 1989. |
