Prices All prices are subject to change. AAA Anime reserves the right to ship goods at the price in effect at the date of shipment. All prices are exclusive of taxes, transportation and insurance, which are to be borne by the buyer. Any current or future tax or governmental charge (or increase in same) affecting AAA Anime's costs of production, sale, or delivery or shipment, or which AAA Anime is otherwise required to pay or collect in connection with the sale, purchase, delivery, storage, processing, use or consumption of goods, shall be for buyer's account. Excuse of Performance AAA Anime will not be liable for delays in performance or for non-performance due to: (1) unforeseen circumstances or causes beyond AAA Anime’s reasonable control; (2) acts of God, acts of buyer, acts of civil or military authority, priorities, fires, strikes, floods, weather, sabotage, epidemics, quarantine restrictions, war, civil disturbances, riot, delays in transportation or car shortages; (3) AAA Anime's inability to obtain labor, materials, components, or manufacturing facilities; or (4) any other commercial impracticability. Deliveries or other performance may be suspended for an appropriate period of time or canceled by AAA Anime upon notice to buyer in the event of any of the foregoing, but the balance of the agreement shall otherwise remain unaffected as a result of the foregoing. If AAA Anime determines that its ability to supply the total demand for the goods, or to obtain material used directly or indirectly in the manufacture of the goods, is hindered, limited or made impracticable due to causes set forth above, AAA Anime may allocate its available supply of the goods or such material (without obligation to acquire other supplies of any such goods or material) among its customers on such basis as AAA Anime determines to be equitable without liability for any failure of performance which may result there from. Limited Editions of Character Goods Most of our products that fall under the category of figures are limit edition releases. In order to insure that you will receive the product that you need, we recommend that upon notification that a new item is available for pre-order, you place your pre-order. Many products will sell out before the item ships. We solicit pre-orders 3-6 months prior to shipping. AAA Anime reserves the right to allocate specific quantities to individual wholesale accounts that may be lower than their requested quantity. New items are added to the website regularly. They can be easily viewed at: AAA Anime Newly Added Pre-orders Cancellation of Product Only book items that you will be able to pay for. We do not recommend speculating, and then canceling your orders as the product arrives. Cancellation or reduction of pre-orders when the product arrives and is ready to ship, will affect your ability to receive future AAA Anime product. Heavy cancellations or reductions to orders, will require a re-evaluation of all pre-order product that the client has on order, and may result in cancellation or reduction of other items on order. Any cancellation after the prebook deadline is subject to 20% stocking fees. Special orders or high volume preorders can not be canceled. If a preorder for any one item exceeds $500net, AAA may request that the items be paid for up front for accounts that are not established or have not showed any trend to be able to order that volume. Sales Representatives Each Retailer has been assigned a Sales Representative to service their account. If you are not sure who your Sales Rep. is, please contact us at sales@aaaanime.com. Partial Shipment Damage/ Lost Products/ Missing Products If you receive a shipment where there is one box that is visibly damaged in an entire shipment, please only refuse the damaged box(es), not the whole shipment. The refusal of an entire shipment, for damage just to a portion of the shipment, will result in double shipping charges to the customer. Please contact our Support Team to let them know that the box is being returned due to visible damages. If no visible damage was noted to the carrier upon receipt of the packages, this could delay or void the insurance on the shipment. RMA’s – Return/Replacement of Product If you have any issues concerning a recent shipment – such as damaged, mis-shipped or lost product, please contact them directly for RMA assistance at RMA@aaaanime.com. A Return Merchandise Authorization will need to be secured before items can be replaced. If you are returning damaged or incorrectly shipped product back to our warehouse, it will not be accepted without an RMA number. RMA Procedure In order to better server our Retailers, we have implemented a new RMA procedure that you should find fast and efficient. If you have a damaged item: 1. All damages must be reported to our Support Team within 4 days of the receipt to ensure that we will be able to replace your limited edition item. If your package was shipped by UPS and damages or mishaps were not reported within 14 days upon delivery to UPS, UPS will cancel the claim. This is a very strict UPS policy. 2. Call our Support Team to explain the damage/issue or contact them at RMA@aaaanime.com. AAA Anime DOES NOT accept claims that state "Product is damage". Must be explained or a clear photograph provided. Damages to the packaging, popped DVDs, bent corners for books, loose joints are not considered damages or manufacturer defects and will not be processed. 3. The Support Team will issue you an RMA#. 4. The Support Team may then email or send call tag to you to pick up the damaged item IF the damaged/discrepancy is the result of AAA Anime negligence. The label will state what item is to be sent back. Customers are responsible for using the appropriate label to send back their product. 5. When you receive the tag, place the tag on the box, and give the package to UPS. Once UPS has picked up the package with the damaged item in it, call or email our Support Team to let them know the package is on the way back to AAA Anime. 6. If a damaged item is unable to be replaced, due to being ‘Sold Out’, we will refund you for the cost of the item, based on the invoice price paid. Returnable Items: Books, DVDs, most GE merchandise and bags are returnable within 1 month of the original purchase date subject to 20% restocking fees. Non Returnable Items: Character goods such as figures, model kits, clothing, snacks, etc. are sold on a non-returnable basis. Out of print items are sold as non returnable. Customer Damages We ask that our Retailers handle their customer’s damages. AAA Anime is not responsible for any damages that occur during the shipping from our Retailers to their customers. We are not responsible for any damages that may occur while the end consumers are handling products. Overseas Damages We ask Retailers that are shipping product out of the country to please verify that the items shipping are in good condition. If items are damaged while shipping overseas, please file a claim with your shipping company, as AAA Anime cannot be held responsible for overseas damages. Overseas retailers will not be able to claim damages through AAA Anime as items shipped “as is” and to the best of AAA Anime knowledge in “good” condition. Physical damages to products must be filed with the carrier. Defective items are eligible for credit if the manufacturer allows for it. Most manufacturers deal with defects directly though and AAA Anime will gladly help put our retailers in contact with the correct personnel. |
| Forms of Payment |

The following forms of payment are accepted: Credit card, Paypal, Company Check, Money Order, Cashiers Check, Wire Transfer Preferred Form of Payment (Credit Card) We accept Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. Each transaction charged with a credit card will have a convenience fee of 2% on the dollar amount shipped and an additional 2% for international customers for a total of 4%. We do accept direct PayPal payment at 3% domestic and 6% international customers convenience fee. For your convenience, we will keep your credit card on file, and will ship product as it arrives in our warehouse. Credit cards are the easiest and fastest way to pay for product. All convenience fees are paid to the company that process the credit card transactions. AAA Anime’s office does not retain any portion of the fee. We are hopeful that competition will eventually lower the fee and allow us to take all credit cards in the future. Payment by Check/Pre-payment We will accept payment with check; money order or cashiers check made payable to AAA Anime. Please allow 7 business days for your company check to clear. Orders are held until payment clears, no exceptions. Wire Transfers We accept wire transfer payments. Account transfer information is available upon request. If you are using a wire transfer, please notify your sales representative. Once the transfer is confirmed, (allow 3-4 days), we will ship your product. Wire Transfer will have a fixed fee of $60 for the initial transfer and adjusted afterwards if the bank fees for the transfer are lower or higher than the initial $60. The remaining balance/credit will appear on the following invoice. NSF Checks Return checks will be charged a $25 processing fee and cause the account to revert to cash or credit card only. Declines / Call for Payment If credit card funds are not available at the time the product is ready to ship, we will notify you to secure payment. We will hold product for only 7 business days from our first notification. If we have not heard from you within 7 days, we will return product to stock. |
| Shipping Information |

Domestic Shipping Orders are FOB AAA Anime, El Monte, CA. We ship UPS Ground unless another carrier is requested. Palletized orders will ship via least expensive Trucking Co., or UPS 100lb weight, which ever is least expensive. All products that are ready to ship must ship as it arrives into our warehouse. We are unable to hold product in our warehouse longer than one week. USPS is unavailable as an option for domestic customers. AAA Anime does offer Express shipping services to our retailers. But keep in mind that this increases our retailer’s shipping cost significantly, doubling and often times quadrupling your shipping cost. DO NOT select shipping options like UPS 2nd Day or UPS Next Day services unless you are aware of these cost. Rates can be found on www.UPS.com. Canadian Customers All orders shipping from our US warehouse to Canada will ship via UPS unless otherwise specified by the customer. If you are using a Broker at the border, please give this information to your Sales Rep. Canadian retailers are responsible for any duties and taxes for product entering Canada. USPS is not an available shipping method for Canadian customers. International Customers UPS is the default shipping method for all international orders unless another carrier is requested. To help keep cost low for smaller retailers, USPS is an available option for international customers other than Canada. Though USPS is an available shipping option for international customers, please keep in mind that due the volume of shipments that USPS receives versus the amount of workers they employ, it does increase the occurrence of lost and damages significantly. Any retailer choosing to ship using USPS is fully aware of this and takes full responsibility for all loss and damage merchandise. PO Box Please provide a street address for delivery, as we cannon deliver to a PO Box. USPS is the only service that can deliver to a PO Box and that is only available to international customers. Customer/Importer of goods is responsible for duties paid. AAA Anime Inc. is not responsible for actual duties assessed by Customs. We advise the customer to confirm duty rates with your customs agent and/or import department. Rates Current UPS Ground rates will be added to your invoice at the time of shipping. USPS and FEDex shipments will have a handling fee of $5 PER box. Palletized shipments will be charged $26 for each plastic pallet used for the shipment.
