'Tomb Raider' Movie Gets Writers From 'Iron Man'

GK Films has hired Mark Fergus and Hawk Ostby to write a script for a new Tomb Raider movie, according to Hollywood Reporter. Fergus and Ostby have worked together on a number of genre films, including Maximum Ride (see ?Maximum Ride Movie Moving?), Cowboys and Aliens, Iron Man, Akira, and Children of Men.

GK, which acquired the rights earlier this year (see ?GK Films Rebooting ?Tomb Raider??), plans a 2013 release.
