Nutech Loses Preliminary Legal Battle

Nutech Digital has suffered a preliminary defeat in its ongoing legal battle with Ken Groove. Finding that Ken Groove has a reasonable chance of success in its lawsuit against Nutech, the Los Angeles Superior Court issued a writ of attachment against Nutech for assets worth $292,000. The writ of attachment directs law enforcement officials to seize assets from Nutech in order to guarantee payment of the lawsuit should Nutech ultimately lose the court battle.
