Gundam's Char DVD Player Recalled Due to Fire Hazard

Bandai Visual Japan has announced today a recall of its official Char Model Portable DVD Player due to fire hazard. Bandai Visual had licensed Nagase to remold its recalled Axion AXN3808 DVD player in red to match the trademark color of the antagonist Char in the Mobile Suit Gundam robot war series. According to the recall, the player's LCD display frame experiences high temperatures that can deform it or ignite a fire.
